DELIVERY

Orders are typically packed and processed the following day and will be delivered within 7-10 working days according to the billing and shipping address provided during purchase. Please note that expected delivery date is at our best approximation and might be affected by conditions such as shipping restrictions, payment authorisation, online security checks and stock availability. In the event that you are not able to receive a parcel, we will re-attempt delivery. If the second delivery fails, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and an additional charge of RM10 will be imposed for re-delivery.

PARCEL TRACKING

Once goods is picked up by our shipping partner, the tracking ID for the package will be available. Any communication is to be via email/mobile app/sms.
For non-tangible products or services, confirmation of order and receipt will be communicated via email/mobile app/sms. Proof of purchase, invoice or delivery order will be available.

DELIVERY DELAY

Please note that there may be a slight delay in delivery during peak periods such as sales and holidays such as Good Friday, Christmas, Chinese New Year and NRP (National Recovery Plan).

PRE-ORDER

Full payment is required for pre-order items at the time of check out.

Fulfillment may take up to 60 working days from the date of the order created. Please note that all fulfillment are provided as an estimate as further delays can occur from time to time due to NRP (National Recovery Plan).

Amendments cannot be made once your order has been placed and confirmed.

In the event that we are unable to provide certain pre-order items, our customer care team will notify you via email to issue store credit in the form of online store credit by coupon code.

The return & exchange requests of pre-order items comply with the Return Policy.

SANS & SANS reserve the right to amend this policy from time to time if deemed necessary, in which no prior notification or approval from the customer is required.
